The brakes replacement and fluid changes regarding the engine and brakes went well. The female representative called me to identify additional service my car needed. The services consisted of sway bar link, 1 broken motor mount and control arms. I agree to replace the broken sway bar link. The representative mentioned the part was not in stock and needs to be ordered. Since it's Saturday (10/8), the part will be here on Tuesday (10/11). The representative also mentioned she will ordered the part and I can drop my car off on Tuesday to have it installed. I didn't hear from the representative on Tuesday and decided to call around 3pm to see can I bring in my vehicle. I was told the part wasn't ordered I didn't pay for it. I'm upset because if I had to pay in advance for the part, why wasn't i told this when I picked up my car on Saturday? A whole day was wasted, because I took the day off from work preparing to have a sway bar link replaced on my vehicle. When I addressed the representative about this, she was nonchalant about the matter, didn't apologize for the miscommunication and didn't take any accountability for the whole ordeal. To add salt to the wound, she didn't provide any solution to the problem, continued to ok me to death, even when I stated I'll go to another dealership. I continue to give this dealership a chance over the years, because I live close by. I have continued to be disappointed. This is not acceptable.

DO NOT TRUST! I drove an hour to look at one of their used vehicles. The truck had the leather ripped in the interior, stained seats. The grill was not fully attached to the truck itself. None of these defects were pictured online. I attempted to call the sales rep that contacted me, Bianca. When I called, she picked up and hung up. I attempted to call back, and she continues to not be willing to discuss other options. GO ELSEWHERE
