I had a screen replaced and it took less than one hour.
I didn't go for that kind of problem all I can say is that my phone was lock & they fix it at no charge...they are very profesional at what they do
I think its about 100 bucks I did it because I did not want to go through the hassle of a new ps4 and loading my saved games
