The desk people are really helpful, and most of the time when I called them they helped me to resolve any question or gave extra information if I needed it. They picked up my big box from home without any extra charge and they also put an extra tape on the boxes. I have sent some boxes with this company and I haven’t had any problem.

In the offices they have a moderately good attention, because they offer what they DO NOT give, but for shipments I DO NOT recommend them because they are terrible, apart from the fact that the shipment does not arrive in the agreed time, the package arrives violated and missing in a few words (Part of what you send is stolen) and you call to make the claim and they tell you that the time has already expired. It seems disrespectful to me because the box is supposed to be sealed and how it gives credibility to a company that opens your package and does not respond to you for the missing ones, if that is private property who has the authority to review it, but without steal your content.
