These guys will sell a vehicle and let it off the lot without an inspection sticker that should tell you enough about how shady this place "could" be. Do your homework and never pay over the msrp value..so keep that in mind when buying or go to a real dealer

It started out great until Eduardo came to me in the customer waiting area to tell me that I needed front brakes pads resurface my rotors and rear brakes which included rotors and brake pads and brake fluid ( the cost roughly $900 )and that is not including my oil change which was the only thing I went in for. I agreed to have the brakes changed, but didn't understand how I could need brakes He offered to put me in a loaner for the day. Very nice service. I completed the paperwork and began to walk out to the loaner car. Again, I didn't understand how I need brakes when the car sat for 2 years during the pandemic as I worked from home and rarely drove the car. I changed my mind and decided to get a second opinion which I took it to my mechanic for many years where they inspected it and informed me 2 1/2 hours later that there was nothing wrong with my brakes. I took value in the VIP Honda service technician but after that I will not be returning not even for oil changes because of deceptive actions. Shame on you VIP Honda! I know for certain that the late Lamont Freeman Akins would NOT have appreciate these actions.

Shady Shady Shady. One lie after the next, they try to sell you a car with out telling you the price. The sales man was actually hanging onto my car yelling at me across my pregnant wife when I was trying to leave. I have never seen anything like what goes on here. Avoid this place!!! Update: Several years later I ran into the same salesman in town on a Friday night. I had no idea who this psycho was that came up to me and started cursing me my wife and three kids in the middle of the street until he ended the conversation with I'll bet you'll take the car next time.

Yes. There have 2 store near each other. 1 for new and 1 for used.
Sometimes it's written in the left side of the manual if it was preowned. Also the dealership can tell you as well but better to go in not call.hope this helps
