Rent keeps going up massive amounts every year. Utilities are high electric ,$200-300 monthly and water bill $53-78.00 monthly for my one bedroom. Don't move here . Maintenance is a joke.

I also confirm. Confirm. Trash is a reservoir for diseases, always overflowing. Water bills $50-80, Electricity bill about $200, you pay useless trash fee for $15 to travel long distance for an overflowing bin. On the lawn, dog feces. Walls of the apartments are too too thin.

I aibnb'ed an appartment here for a month... I think they were just trying to not have to buy out their lease. Walls are super thin... like understand conversations next door. Dog poop on most of the lawns. Trash is way far away. There is a comunity gardening area that looks like trash. Location is the only thing that is ok but for my commute to south Philly x2 durring rush hours.

I'll also confirm that water and electricity are insane. One bedroom, single occupant, $55-65 water bill per month, $140-280 for electricity.

I'm in a first floor 800 sqft 1 bdrm 1.5 bath without in-unit washer dryer, my rent has gone up $50 each year. I think the rent is reasonable for the sizes of the units and the area, but the problem is the electric bills. My water bill typically ranges from $4-50/mo. I've had one or two odd $70 bills during the two years I've been here, totally manageable. But my electric is astronomical, this year in January I got hit with a $450 bill and my heat was set to 65 and it was COLD in my apartment, like wearing a winter coat, gloves, and hat inside, cold. November-February expect electric bills easily over $200.
