Horrible service! I have been waiting on a package that has been “out for delivery” for 3 days and counting. I have been waiting at home all day and they have the audacity to tell me they tried to deliver but no one was home. No note or tag was left if they were actually at my home this is an incredible level of incompetence. Driver are flat out lying about delivery or attempting to deliver my package to the wrong address. Customer service has been no help. Ive contacted them 3 times only for them to say they will look into it and then proceed to go back to being useless. Never had this problem with other shippers. Save yourself a headache and avoid Fedex. Seriously, how hard is it to deliver a package 20 minutes away from your shipping center??

can u hire honest guy? the guy just elected refused by Refused by recipient . i am even see him/her , i don't know this guy can be lie to that ? i still want my package .. now its returning

Terrible customer service, won’t tell a customer where the package is and wrong disclose rightful information. Also got wrong delivery address. If you can’t do your job right out respectfully, do us a favor and just quit.

God awful. I had dog food shipped express and it said all day “out for delivery”. FedEx drove right passed my house today. They don’t care about dogs and that’s a huge red flag. Terrible service, would give 0 stars if I could.
