Warning to everyone who is looking into this place. DONT MOVE HERE! look at the yelp reviews. This place is awful. CESSPOOL FOR DRUGS. Unresponsive management, dirty grounds. STAY AWAY.

Oh yes! All you said is so true cos I live here and I absolutely REGRET IT!

I've been living here for the past 2 years, I feel this is an unfair comment. Dont get me wrong, there of PLENTY of issues with this complex, & PLENTY of reasons for potential renters to look elsewhere but I have not experienced it being "cesspool for drugs". I've smelled the occasional waft of pot smoke in the air, but I have never seen and drug use/dealing/selling or drug paraphernalia lying around. I have never felt that my own personal safety was at risk, even outside late at night. In regards to the other things mentioned: 100% agree, management seems to have very little regard for the tenants, they will literally sit there and tell you one thing knowing full well it is not true. There is litter and dog poop scattered throughout the grounds, and the two dumpsters are always overflowing (the maintenance men do clean it up every weekday morning but its a gross trash heap by the end of each day anyway) and is home to feral cats and skunks.
