Unfortunately I can't comment on the product from this provider as they won’t even talk to be about price unless they come out. I installed this exact product in my kitchen about 10 years ago when I lived in OH and was happy with it. So understanding that prices change after 10 years (especially with COVID), I called this office in an effort to see if they are even competitive and within my budget from a price perspective relative to comparable natural products. Apparently the franchise here in Philly does not want the business because despite my multiple requests for an approximate or “ball park” cost of their White Copper product, understanding that there are many variables that may add to the final cost, the best response was that their prices are “in line with midrange products” (whatever that means). I even asked what if they were referring to a level 2 or level 3 granite. Sadly, it was like talking to a recording or that they were reading from a script and couldn’t answer the question. All I wanted was an approximate price per square foot of a particular product (e.g $50-$65/sq.ft or $75-$85/sq.ft). Oh well. Good thing there choice in a free market. It’s just a bummer that I can’t get something we had before and were familiar with.

My husband and I unfortunately had our kitchen refaced with this company. It was a several month wait time, so I expected the job to be properly prepared for and done correctly. The whole process was done not according to the contract. They did not do under the cabinets as promised and the worker told my husband he should have told him that was to be done! He was too much in a hurry to read the paperwork of the job that we paid $12,000 for. This is only a 10x12 kitchen. It took 4 days to complete because the one worker that did the job left by 3pm at the latest. The 1st day he left by 1pm. The cleanup was not completely done on a daily basis and I had an hour dusty cleanup on a couple of the days. The one drawer broke after opening it twice and the owner sent the worker out, but nothing was replaced and it broke again. My husband had to fix it himself!! They never followed up to see if everything was done correctly. I could go on ..This company only cares about money. I regret ever getting this done as it isn’t even what I paid for.
