I am not sure, they seem to make a decision based on their opinion of you after they have sat down with you and chatted. There doesn't seem to be a lot of trouble, like we ran into at Meadows of Bedford. Also, although there is a rat problem in the H-E-B area, this place stays on top of it. Never had any inside like at the Meadows. This is one bedrooms, although some with a "den" so they have rules about number of kids and ages, so you have to sit with them and see. Rent and fees are a liitle high, but you get what you pay for and this place beats others hands down.
