EDIT: Things are still just mediocre. There are positives, like no bugs and such. Although if you want positives I suggest asking them because obviously its the only thing they advertise. But as far as negatives go... We stopped getting emails telling us when they were shutting the water off for starters, or any emails at all really except for ones notifying us of other peoples apartment changes, and warnings that we should be policing the apartments. We got a letter a while back, telling us that its our responsibility that nobody reported some kids destorying some of the property while me and my roommate were out of town. We just got another letter in, a few days after our "60 days till lease end", telling us they had recently raised the price of the lease agreement. We could stay an extra month, but at the new rate plus a 200 dollar fee. Knowing this information may have changed our mind but now we can't leave because we had to have made that decision a few days ago. Its not a "reminder" if you send it when its too late to do anything about it. (It does say reminder on the paper). Just remember that "apparently" its your responsibility to check every single day after you move in to see if they changed the lease prices for the next agreement, because they don't care about you. Also they painted the place up but won't maintain lights and all the windows are the furthest thing from soundproof, you'll hear every conversation happening, even in peoples cars. At least my AC bill is lower than the last place, but the lease is starting to cost more than the extra I was paying to make the cheaper places livable. BE WARNED. Edit: I hope you like ambulances with your very unsoundproof windows by the way, there's a hospital very close by that uses this street for most things. P.S. I'll change my review if I see any kind of effort besides inconveniencing people by leaving their door taped up to paint without warning and leaving them unable to touch it

I lived in The Bradford on the Park for a couple of years. Recently moved because of life changes. I can’t say enough about the pleasant experience I had living there. From the office personnel to the maintenance department, they are always quick to help. Stephanie Crow, the leasing agent is absolutely the best ever! If you are looking for a nice place to live in Bedford go by and talk to Stephanie. You will be pleasantly pleased.

Please please please beware!!! I’ve had no problems living here until tonight. My apartment was flooded earlier this year and they fixed it asap. Tonight my car was ILLEGALLY towed!! I’m in such disbelief because I literally just parked and came inside. I called everyone even police just to find out that they said my car was an unregistered guest. Mind you I’m a resident and my car is REGISTERED UNDER ME!! I don’t know what I’m gonna do because I now have no transportation. Definitely would not recommend you moving here and doing everything right just to still get your car towed.

They say you need to make 3 times the rent. But for each apartment they have the lowest you can pay and the highest you can pay. Our neighbor which has the same layout as us is paying less than us but I've lived here longer.

Is apt 1514 rented?

You would need to contact the leasing office to have that question answered.
