Horrible company. Terrible customer service. Very expensive to purchase insurance and they do not repair or replace anything. They consistently waste your time and promise to correct the issues, but never do. Complete scam!

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE WARRANTY FROM THEM. Their customer service is garbage, the employees can’t keep their information straight which has proved that what they’re telling me is in the inspection report on my vehicle is FALSE. They will NOT provide me with a copy of the report. One employee said he would mail it to me. A supervisor said that’s impossible to do. I’ve been jacked around by this company for 2 months now (while my vehicle sits at the shop not drivable) and not only are they not covering my claim, but I’m now responsible for the labor charges to the mechanic who took my car apart per Warrantech’s instructions. $3,000 and my vehicle is NOT fixed. This has been an unbelievable experience and I encourage anyone reading this with a similar experience to report them to the BBB. Edited to add that I am cancelling this warranty as well, through the dealer where I purchased my vehicle. The money won’t be given back to me in cash but will be applied to my loan balance which is fine with me. If you have a warranty through Warrantech you should do the same.

These people deserve to be in jail. They completely took advantage of my elderly grandparents. The customer service is garbage. They will put you on hold and end the call repeatedly. They will not transfer to a manager or another associate. They denied we even had a warranty through them and required me to send proof of payment and service?! Trash people.

Warrantech is an Automotive and Consumer Electronic claims office. We do not bill anyone. Unless you bought a warranty on a TV or something there should be no reason for a bill
