Yes the hotel allows up to 2 dogs in each of our 2 pet friendly rooms. The pet fee is $30 per night per dog. No other types of animals are allowed.
I really don't know. I've stayed there twice. The second time was an absolute let down after my first stay with my husband. I paid good money to have a nicer "king suite". They must have been VERY short staffed Christmas Eve on their housekeeping schedule, as my "suite" did have streamer ends still taped to the corners of the walls/ceiling in MULTIPLE places! I DID leave the lady a tip though. Working at a hospital for over 4 years has given me an appreciation for those who work major holidays and are away from their families. All that being said, I WILL NOT be returning to this Best Western again unless there are absolutely NO OTHER alternatives
Absolutely not! Pet charges were totally against what they said on the phone. Was quoted a 25 dollar pet fee at reservation with hotel when I said three times I have two 10 pound dogs. I repeated again at check in I have TWO 10 pound dogs and they still said 35 fee (even though it falsely says 20 on website). Then in the morning they posted an additional 25 dollar charge to my account. I was notified by my credit card not the sneaky older lady at the desk that am. When I asked her why she said she would credit it when I checked out. THEN at checkout they refused again!!! What changed I have no idea since it was only 30 minutes later! I think they were once again trying to sneak in extra charges since they falsely said they would credit! I was very very disappointed! If you don't want us staying here stop lying about your fees and tell us when we are honest about TWO 10 lb dogs from the beginning! Our dogs are cleaner than most people! We love Best Western but wouldn't stay here again.
I don't think so
I have no idea. Sorry
