The least accommodating apartment complex ever. Lived here for over two decades and the management has been getting worse and worse. For any repairs or work orders, it takes them weeks to address and fix. Management is not friendly and not understanding to tenant needs/requests. They are the least approachable and welcoming individuals. The property is overall well maintained outside, however, there are stray cats all over the complex, climbing on your cars, scratching them etc. I've had multiple scratches on my car and damages due to these cats. For the lack of amenities and services you receive from management, this place is over priced. You are better off to pay a little more elsewhere and get better support and amenities elsewhere. I would not recommend living here. I have lived here for over 20 years and solely have stayed just because I have been "comfortable" and have gotten "used to" the terrible service. I am finally fed up with it and have decided to move.

The most accommodating landlord and front desk. We had many issues and push backs with moving into a house. Jeaninne was so helpful! Great customer service!

We lived here and sued for damages caused by faulty repairs (and won). We had mold in the bathroom, the ceiling had a leak, and the dishwasher broke and flooded our apartment, causing damage to our furniture. Management was the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They constantly made mistakes processing our rent and would send notices saying we didn’t pay when we did. This was the very worst apartment I’ve ever lived in and the very worst management company. Do yourself a favor and live ANYWHERE else.

Horrible lol I will never recommend anyone move here. The office staff is TERRIBLE. THEY DONT CARE! I was late on my rent and not only did they threaten to sue me and already had a court date, but then waited until Christmas Eve to put a notice that they want to sue me on my door. Lol. Please save your money and go else where this place should be demolished.
