Very nice place to live. Quiet. Grounds kept beautifully. My husband and I were in a 1 bedroom it was a little small for us but otherwise we had no problems.

I was excited to check these out because of the reviews. I show up for my 12pm appointment to see two units and they were 45 minutes late. He brushed over it with a “sorry about that” and then continued to be completely condescending the entire time (implying we couldn’t afford the unit). We didn’t like the guy so much that we took off before checking out the second unit.

I’ve never had a problem while living here. Spacious apartment, well kept property, and easy communication with the owners. Not to mention how close you are to downtown, the bridge and rail trail. Great place to live!

Maintenance has mostly been pretty quick with fixing things, Gail and the other office staff have always been friendly and accommodating. I've been here a year and a half and I love it here. I lived in a one bedroom by myself for a bit before moving into a two bedroom with a friend. Both apartments have been great! Of course nothing is perfect, but of all the apartments I've lived in in the past few years, Ridgefield is by far my favorite. I even convinced my friends to move here!
