I am very sorry that when you came here experience was not five stars. We are in the city of Houston on the building which used to be the convention center of Houston and the elevator belongs to the city of Houston. We do have our own elevator as well as three wheelchairs to help people come around the other side of the building and we do help them come upstairs when the elevator has had problems. All of these problems stemmed from hurricane Harvey and I do not believe that The Ballroom At Bayou Place should be held responsible for receiving these bad reviews over an elevator that we don’t control. Next time you were at our venue please ask the valet parking or call mePersonally at 713-400-1299 and asked me to come downstairs and I will have you escorted up in a wheelchair or walked to our private elevator which is used for vendors and service items. We hope you will change your review now that you understand that the elevator had issues last year from hurricane Harvey and come back.
Horrible place to have a get together. The things that are wrong are endless.
