I moved to Houston for 4 months and I could not have chosen a better boxing gym. This is one of the best gyms I have ever been to. The coaches are active and former fighters that will work with you no matter what level you. Cannot recommend this gym enough. Thank you to all of the coaches for a great experience. If you ever have the chance go to Main St.

I got invited here by a close friend I’ve been going about 5 months I love this place this I’ve been in classes with Kru Bob Isaac jesse Pablo joe Jacob and paul these guys are all awesome coaches and trainers there’s tons of fight experience here everyone is super welcoming and the classes are amazing crazy intense work outs they have robust lessons constantly implementing new techniques Main Street is an awesome gym id your interested in boxing mma & bjj

We are open Monday-Thursday at 7 a.m. for open gym and we have a Fight Fit class Monday-Thursday at 6 a.m.
We travel to regional competitions. We currently host Masters Boxing Tournaments periodically and hope to have other boxing events in the future.
Absolutely! We welcome all experience levels.
Usually you want to grow & develop your skills before you try to spar but if that's what you want, you can try the 12:30 class on Saturday & spar then. Just ask for Kru Bob & tell them about how you put this on Google & Frankie answered telling you this. Or you could just show them this.
