My husband and I went on a busy Saturday looking for a new couch. We were quickly greeted by Redd. He asked if he could help us with anything and we told him we just wanted to look. He let us browse and didn’t pressure us into buying anything. When we found the couch and chair we wanted he was easy to find. He explained all of our options and helped set up our purchase for delivery on a date that worked for us. Once we knew what we wanted we were quickly on our way. We can’t wait to get our new furniture.

We dealt with Gary R., he was very nice and helpful. Fred was never pushy and answered every question we had without making us feel like we were a bother. We made our decision and he helped process it without the push to "upsell". Helping customers get exactly what they want without the pressure to get more goes a long way and will get us to return.
