It's a public park, no fee to enjoy the beautiful view of the historical waterfalls no matter what time of year, admission there is also free.
The only fee you pay is at the museum corner of market st and spruce st and that is basically donation but the museum is worth seeing you can't imagine what was invented in Paterson.
Is it a safe place to meet?
It is $15 per adult children free. Teacher and veterans get great ticket and gift shop purchases. Includes house tour only so many timed passes a day
