Messages said pizza delivered in app 30 minutes after but took OVER an hour when arrived, called after 45 minutes and employees act like its or fault and we are being impatient. driver refused to deliver to the porch...i went up for footwear so i can walk across the street to the car to get the paid pizza plus tip And driver drives off! Employees lie about who is a manager. When you speak to one, if you do, they dont care and rush you off the phone. Now he gets a free pizza for him and his family!? Wow

When you order on the app it takes too long to come!! Even after it say “completed enjoy your meal” how can you enjoy it if you don’t have it . So I called dominos they said they don’t control the app, come on knock it off! Food was not hot, and they said I can get a pie for free!! So it can happen again their costumer service need to get better
