I hate to do this to the Actual gas station because they are wonderful but the Exxon Mechanic is FRAUDULENT. I took my car there to replace all my brake pads and rotors which I had in the car for them, it was just a matter of installing. After 7 hours of "labor" they finally call me and tell me the cars good to go, before I pulled off the lot they said that my shocks were bad and needed to be replaced which is which is why I hear a loud noise while driving (which never happened prior to this, my car ran perfectly, had absolutely no issues).. I picked the car up at 3pm, by 545pm driving less than 10 miles on the car, my brake line wrapped around the tire, taking the tire off the rotor and brakes were never actually screwed on. I have a video and I wish I could post it with this review but it won't let me.. My car now has to be towed back to my house..
