I scheduled an appointment for a consultation the first appointment I was contacted to reschedule. I showed up on the date it was rescheduled no one was at the shop. I called the following day to inform the staff was informed someone would call me back once it was figured out what occurred. I waited never received a return call. I also had to pay a deposit when I initially made the first appointment. Customer service needs improvement.

I love this place their braid game is like no other. I travel really far but it's worth the trip. The ladies are so beautiful & nice. Destiny is my is girl for my braids!

This place is ratched. Nothing close to what I was expecting. The atmosphere is not relaxing. A lot of loud talking and gossiping. My stylist was on the phone while she was washing my hair. Another stylist was on FaceTime with her half naked boyfriend while she was doing her clients hair. The music is loud. Kids are walking around eating McDonald’s. My stylist was way too rough with my 4C hair and braided my hair extremely tight. I went to a different salon the very next day to have them loosened because my scalp was red and I was in pain. To make matters worse- my stylist asked if I wanted a deep conditioner add on which I said okay. When I checked out they charged me $100. I said that’s interesting I booked corn rows (natural hair no added hair) for $55. Then she says I got a “treatment” for $45 lol Be very careful here. When I checked online a deep conditioner is $25. Not only is this place ghetto and ratchet but they are deceptive. I paid the money and left and will not be returning and also advising the ladies in my network not to patronize this place.

The atmosphere is like your one of the girls, and the service they provide is quality. The staff there very professional and efficient! I have found new home for my natural hair. Thanks ladies!
