I had a terrible experience here. I brought my 6 year old son in for glasses and the estimate was approximately $600. I had very good vision insurance, which they didn’t accept so they offered me $100 off and said that would be equal to using my insurance in network. I was concerned about the cost so I left and went to a place in network and found out I would only need to pay about $100 for his glasses. I called and asked them for his PD measurement for my records and they were rude and refused to give it to me. I also ordered a second pair of glasses online from Zenni that my son loves and they were under $100. If you have vision insurance that they don’t accept, I would avoid this place unless you want to spend a lot of money.

I our pool team had a match yesterday and before I left home, I checked my mailbox. The billiard glasses had arrived. Man……, I put those glasses on and I was amazed at how clear the pool balls were. During my practice round, I was making shots like the old days. My confidence was high, because I knew I could make any shot on the table. I want to thank Curran & Son Opticians for a Job Well Done!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. This is a small business well worth going to. Needed a repair to the frame of my glasses on 7/25. Mr. Curran tried to repair old frames to save me some cash, but was not able to; I ended up purchasing new frames. But got EXCELLENT SAME DAY service at a very decent price.

What I greatly appreciated is that he didn't try and sell me something eye surgery wise that I probably won't don't need. I got an exam from an other doctor who just wanted to do everything with no options.
