My wife works there as a CNA.. They are short staffed all the time..
The facility is very short staffed. As soon as they hire people the same people end up quitting.
It's very possible they didn't see anything. Some of the CNAs don't pay attention all of the time. This can happen for a few reasons; short staff, they're not doing their job, they were busy with other residents. They need to hire more CNAs for the floor
