My father has been a patient at the rehab facility for almost 2 weeks. While I recognize locations have staffing issues, the lack of communication with me is not acceptable. Phone calls are not returned. There has been no meeting either in person or virtually to discuss the plan of care. Note below - you will see the facility replied almost 3 months later. This is a testament to the type of facility it is. My father was there for over a month and did not progress. Once he went home he started to improve. My suggestion is to avoid this place at all costs. I'm not the type of person that would post something like this as I'm usually very understanding.

Place is the worst place to work for they act like they care about the residents until the states comes out the don’t pay anything while working the served residents food that was being cooked on top of old dirty water that was soiled from old Food. The don is very rude and use his title to advantage don’t bring your family here period they all about money.

This place is really trash nursing managers don't help and are disrespectful and some of the cna's are very immature and lazy,maintenance barely fixes anything. Their dietary service is very horrible the residents can barely eat what is made sometimes the residents order out because they cannot tolerate the meals there.The building is total trash their air conditioning systems barely work and the ones they have in the hallway barely filled out any cool air, I don't know how this place can keep passing inspection. Dementia residents get treated like second class citizens. There are so many lists of problems with this facility from the equipment to the employees it goes on and on. They cannot keep good workers at this place but they don't believe in evaluating themselves.

Looking for Respite Care for a family member. Very nice facilities and personal care available. The people we met were very caring and professional.
