My husband passed in March. It's end of August and haven't received his pension. What makes it worse is that I had to produce documents they already had because I am a retired City employee as well. Only thing they didn't already have in their files was his death certificate. I really feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with the Pension Board.

Not having a working phone number at an entity of this size is alarming.

They never answer the phone. 90 days no money after my husband died. Can I have a job and not do it get paid. Would be nice. You make it extremely hard on a loved one who just lost their husband. Worked for 18 hrs. Don’t care about people at all.,
