@schuylkill gun works.... there is no trustee especially not richard jr which you have claimed. This estate is solely handled by an attorney appointed by the court. The firearms were sold and no longer a part of the estate after the transaction. You took advantage of a woman walking in not having any real knowledge of firearms and their value and lowball offered as plenty of competitors in the area knew the firearms and said they would have paid thousands more. Then you said for the guns to be removed it would cost $500 in appraisal fees. As toward your comment on libel, defamation of character and malice, the first amendment is just as important if not more important then the second amendment.... However the way you spoke to people on the phone was despicable and disgusting.... surely no REAL man would ever speak to a woman that way especially when the woman was speaking very cordially. Which the call was on speaker phone and about 9 people heard the phone call.
Who is the trustee for the estate? Since you seem to know everything ? Let's see if you get the right answer ? I bet you won't because it's not who you think it is.
When dealing with the public some have a misconception of ownership. The above individual is neither an executor, trustee or named in the estate. They have no right to buy any of the firearms. They were informed twice today that the trustee has the say and right at the moment. Once the trustee decides, the firearms will be for sale. Currently they are not for sale to anyone for this reason. This was not the answer the family member wanted. They then threatened us with legal action, to which they have no power to do as we are actually following the law. Now they have positioned themselves to be in serious legal conflict as they have commited libel, defamation of character and malice by making false statements. A note to other customers and family members going through this issue. We ask that you be patient. Do not let your emotions get the better of you. If you are not named, or associated in anyway with the estate we can not provide information about the estate to you.
