The lanes could be reserved in advance or league night. I've never had a problem there before, I've always had slow but good service...

I've been here several times and I have had to wait on some of those times being there... however, some of the lanes, has only only given us a couple issues here and there. Could be reserved, for the lanes not being used.
I don't know if that's normal or not, but I can tell you that when we were there we had lots of issues with our lanes not working correctly so maybe they were broken? They also could've been reserved for private engagements.
