I have been told that they have to charge my ac because they would have to disconnect my ac lines to take the transmission out. That lie was told to me by Alex
The service department is horrible. Highly recommend trying any other location. Numerous complaints about this place are here. Do not takes chance with your vehicle here. It gets nasty really fast.
Same took my truck for the second time to do injection cleaning and what happened next... My a/c wasn't working because they said it had a leak my a/c was working when I left the truck and next day wasn't working and they even told me that if I needed to fix it it would be almost 3,500.... Never ever take your truck to this dealership they only want your money...
Well your correct..they said it was transmission 6k and we had it towed to our mechanic and all it was ..the fluid overheated..just transmission filter change and runs better that the day I bought it
They can't fix anything and lie like we all breathe. Yes stay away.
