The sales people act like it's an inconvenience to be helped. I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to pay and had financing already. Maybe they were mad I was an educated buyer? I bought a vehicle, but I won't be back.

DO NOT USE THIS DEALER. This has single-handedly been the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. My engine failed on 8/12/22, is being replaced under warranty and Dallas Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram has had my car for 6 WEEKS. I have reached out for updates 20+ times. The response is always, “we’ll check into it and let you know.” THEY DON’T. On top of that, I have spent $1,000 on several weeks of rental cars. Still no resolution. Would love to get a phone call from the GM or Service Manager telling me when my car will be ready. I’m tired of reaching out. This is ridiculous. You have my number…

Horrible Service.. service rep Ron was very rude through my entire process.. He stated that he was going to be paid anyway so it didn’t matter what happened to me and my car that he was trying to help me with my messed up car. He over talked me and I normally couldn’t get a word in.. From the time I pulled up to get a diagnosis on my car he was rude. I can only imagine what others have gone through. He lied about breaking the wheel locks off my car. He only cared about who was paying for the labor and deductible. I would not recommend Dodge Service Department at the Dallas location because of how he treated me. It’s sad that being a woman men feel like they can take advantage of a woman well this one can see through bs and I made the decision to take my car somewhere else due to how bad I was treated. That 2000.00 worth of work u won’t get from me or the warranty company so Dodge Ron helped u lose 2k today due to failure to fairly treat a damsel in distress.I will from now own takeh my concerns to another dealership.

I have been told that they have to charge my ac because they would have to disconnect my ac lines to take the transmission out. That lie was told to me by Alex
They charged me $ 682, but if I were you, don't take it to this place ... I took it to the same place and they decomposed my air because I had a liqueur but that was not true, my air was fine when I left it and The next day I was only fanning hot air and according to them they charge me almost 3,500 to fix it ....

Not expensive at all, I always bring my car here. If I get the reg oil change with synthetic it's $55. However my last one was $112, because I got the one with more detailed inspections. After getting it done there was really no difference. So I will be going back to regular one. So if your not going to use synthetic it will be cheaper than the $55. Call and make appt with Hector!
I don't work there but in my experience there, Dodge dealership charges about $140 diagnostic test. Also they have a 2-3 day waiting period to even get to it because they are backed up on cars. Dodge at that location told me that 2 days ago. If u have time to leave your car for a couple of days. Good luck
