We have been taking both of our dogs to Happy Tails for years. They love it there! The staff is so kind and sweet to them. They even take extra care of our older dog and leave her up in the front. Highly recommend this place!! Very good boarding place!

If the dog is frantic or just too upset by the grooming process, we would tell you and recommend speaking with your vet about the problem. The amount of stress a dog can feel in grooming is NOT worth torturing them in name of grooming. A vet who grooms can give a sedative and monitor them. And I would go for a short, short cut to avoid putting the dog through it. Please don't let a random groomer tell you they "can get it done"! We try them, give them breaks, let them run around the groom room with other dogs and if they're still too anxious, we just won't do it.
I don't know, but they are quick to respond via email, phone or text.
We are closed for pick ups and drop offs on that Monday in honor of Memorial Day.
