My experiences with Cirro energy have always been pleasant and the customer service agents are genuinely happy to help you quickly resolve any problem. I also am paying a much more competitive rate than many of my friends and acquaintances.

I’ve been with this company for a year and thought I was getting a great deal until I recently got my light bill. My bill last month was $100. My current bill from 4/29/22 to 5/29/22 is $299 and we are not even in the summer yet. I called customer service who attempted to explain that I’ve used more kilowatts than previously. Mind you my routine has not changed. They are robbing customers and jacking prices to make up for inflation. Stay clear of this company and don’t waste your time. What a way to rob customers who are trying to make it in this economy. 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️. I’m encouraging all my friends and family to go somewhere else. I’m disgusted by this company and their deceitful practices.This company is TRASH!!!
