Not only do you have to wait in an extremely long line, once you’re finally let in, you’re greeted by somber looking associates. The SA we were given was very…enthusiastic in following us. She was at every corner. I was happy to leave this place and never look back.

Omg,I couldn’t be more disappointed with my experience at the Lv @Clearfork! Those people are a joke,I went in to exchange a purse that I received for my birthday back on Jan 2,2022,well of course they didn’t have the one I wanted & neither did the store have the cash available for a full refund,which cash was the form of payment! Manager guy walks over tells me the whole story about not having the cash available an told me to take a gift card because the bag I want is showing available at the Northpark & he had a friend at the Northpark store that owed him a favor & he would have them hold it for me to pick up the next day!! That NEVER happen!!!! A week went by so I reached out to be told the purse was sold!! Today I texted the rep today for a update to be told that the bag I want is available at the Northpark store & when could I pick it up! My reply was today after work. To be told hours later she couldn’t reach the store & to just drive to Northpark from Burleson it hopes that it will still be there! I wasn’t about to do that! I’m over LV, once I use this gift card I will never spend my money with them or allow my man to spend his money with them for me! I will stick with Gucci or Fendi or anybody but LV!!!!
