Every Discount Tire sells barely-used tires, referred to as "take-offs." Use this terminology to get tires that sometimes only have a few to few hundred miles. These are tires that were on new vehicle purchases, but the buyer wanted a different style. The buyer drove to a DT, and now DT can sell these hidden gems at further discounted prices due to the partial use. You might have to call a few different locations for your size, but this option does exist if you know to ask for it.
Unfortunately they do not sell used tires. However, A lot of locally owned shops do. I'd check those first.
