DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! We bought my wife’s car in for a basic oil and coolant change. We received the car report with NO ISSUES reported. We also had no issues with the car other than needing the two above mentioned issues. As SOON as we parked the car in the garage (mind you we live 8 minutes from the shop) the car started smoking and spewing liquid everywhere. We attempted to contact them and at first they said that since it’s a Sunday they doubted they could help us today. We escalated to a manager, and had the vehicle towed to the shop to have them check their work. They claimed the fan came undone on its own at no fault of their own and wanted to charge us $500 to have it fixed. We escalated to corporate at which point still no ownership of damage was taken. We are seeking legal action at this point. **update** The vehicle overheated driving on the way home, and perhaps now has a blown head gasket, because pep boys reported that it was safe to drive.

They don't plasti dip anything themselves but they do sell the plasti dip for you to do it yourself and they have it in multiple colors. I used to work there

Careful at Pep Boys on seminary they don't follow through on warranties, and give cheap unreliable products, i bought tires that all popped on their own a month after i bought them and they refused to replace them even with a 10 year warranty that i purchased upon buying them then they discontinued the tires so i had to pay more for a different brand
