I had an awesome experience here. I had to buy a set of tires and had one tpms sensor go bad. I knew it was going to be a costly trip, but the sales people were friendly and the tire mechanics were quick and professional. They even saved one of my good tires and converted it to a spare. The old spare was dry rotted. The sales guy found a set of tires that were on sale and had good reviews. Car drives great, no noise or wobbles. I have had bad experiences from other tire shops not balancing the tires correctly. While I was waiting for my car, I observed the other interactions in the shop. I was impressed with how well the sales staff took care of their older customers. They were very patient, understanding, and reassuring. I didn't get the impression of fakeness, it was genuine.

Got a big old piece of metal in my tire barely made it to Discount Tire too close to the edge to fix my tires have been discontinued but Chris got on the phone found me one in San Antonio the same kind. Ordered it and gave me a new tire loaner until my new one came in. Chris & Colt are100% customer service manager! Can't beat Discount Tire anywhere!
