I went in for a tire sensor replacement that was diagnosed, I was told since I didn't have an APPOINTMENT my wait would be 1 hour and 45 minutes, after waiting 1.75 hours my car had not been moved, I inquired and was told they are running behind and APPOINTMENTS go 1st, .... no apology, , no communication or offer to make it right, and no one could tell me how much longer my wait would be, I requested a refund and left... WORSE DISCOUNT TIRE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! I left very angry, drove to another county and city to give another Discount Tire another chance, I'vebeen a customer for 30 years!!

The Camp Bowie Discount Tire runs a good tire store. They stay busy like all their locations do so be sure you get an appointment to minimize your wait time. I found the staff there to be plentiful and friendly. They were able to stay on schedule even with an afternoon appointment. Drop off your vehicle if possible. I had to wait on mine and it took them about 45 minutes to replace one tire which I find acceptable. Discount Tire is my best option for tire service and price and the Camp Bowie store is a good choice.
