Good service inside the store. The store could be a little more efficient with their bays. They always have 2 or 3 bays always empty and not in use. I believe that is why they are always busy and long waits. Jacksboro DT has long lines but are always having their bays full which make the waiting time faster.

I got new tires here and made an appointment it was very quick and the associates were very helpful. however, I told then before the appt that my rims were wrapped and that my car was wrapped. When they finished they told me they messed up the wrap on the rims and that they would compensate me for the repair but they knew I was moving out of state in 2 days (we had discussed this before the appointment) therefore I didnt have time to get the rims fixed before I left and now i’m just out $400 not sure why they wouldnt just cut me a check for the damages
