I am Victoria Guerra with cedar River Transport, just picked up my truck a week ago…. I asked you to change my starter and you refused! You told me you fixed the problem…. Just letting you know that I’m currently stuck on the shoulder of I -40 in Arkansas and my truck won’t start. Lights and everything comes on when I turn the key but same as before it doesn’t turn on!!!! Now I’m waiting for roadside assistance. If you had just done as I asked and changed the starter that I provided for my truck….I wouldn’t have this expense on top of what I paid you. It’s so frustrating since you had my truck in your shop for a month and one week later I’m down again 😡
