Please avoid this place at all costs! I gave them several chances but will be looking for a new doctor. It's a shame because the doctors are good but trying to schedule an appointment or talk to a doctor will literally take you hours. You can do some appointments online but not if you need something semi urgent.

Updating my last POST. In the past year and a half between my wife and I we lost 7 doctors that left. New UPDATE MAKE THAT 8. Don't waste your time staying with this organization. They don't seem to care about some of the best doctors in NY. Since opening on Cuba Hill Road you cannot call the doctors office, they added an additional layer. Now, when you call the number you are competing with every doctors patient trying to call the same number. You are on hold for a significant amount of time then you get the overflow operator. Great management decision.

I would give this place 0 stars if i could. It is super difficult to schedule an appointment with the call center. Even in person its a hit or miss— i have waited for almost 45 minutes in the orthopedic department just to see other patients be put in the same day after they argued with staff then you have people like me who respect the fact that doctors are busy and just wait . No one notifies you of wait times and while people in the waiting start complaining you start realizing they have been scheduled at the same time for the same doctor!! Dr weiss is NEVER on time. This facility does not care about its patients or employees - so ive heard. Dont waste your time waiting for any doctor here.. they will take your copay and rush your visit. Dont bother complaining to Sarah Kurtis either- she doesnt care and will just avoid speaking with you. I have since found new doctors in Northwell :)
