Break my key to my car how much and what I have to do to get a replacement? don't need the key with the button

Friend of mine had locked keys in car. He got a replacement at Harvey toyota for 10 dollars. They are great people to deal with.

You can get a replacement but price is determined by the dealer.

Depends on the key. If it has a chip it can be over a hundred dollars at a dealer. As for what you need, if you have another key you can get that copied almost any hardware store. If you don't have another, then a locksmith can help. Going to a dealership is going to cost more.

Go to Wal-Mart. They do keys.
