Very unprofessional experience. Only reason I’d give a 1 star is because of the employee that helped me during the process and that employees name is Dexter, great guy. However, I purchased a used truck from this dealership not even a week ago, drove almost 100 miles to get the truck and once I got back to my hometown, I had 5 different objects that I realized needed to be fixed already. So, I drive all the way back to the dealership today. They had my truck for multiple hours and was only able to fix the blinker, which was an easy fix and they’re expecting me to bring the vehicle back and forth until they get all the parts replaced. I had to ask 3-4 different people about getting compensated for gas considering they SOLD ME a truck that WASN’T ready to be sold. Finally I was able to get somebody to give me gas BUT his manager told him to only give me half a tank…. when I got to the dealership, I was right below a half so he MAYBE gave me $10 in gas. Also, they’re expecting me to continue to travel 170- 200 miles round trip until they can get it fixed. I promise you I will never refer anyone or purchase another vehicle from this dealership. Yes, I do realize vehicles will have issues but there’s absolutely no reason why I should be having these issues not even a week after purchasing. That shows me that they don’t do maintenance checks on their vehicles or have a service department that checks for issues prior to selling. I’ve had dealerships treat me with care and this dealership has shown me that they don’t care about their customers, Dexter is not included. I’m very aggravated and will continue to share bad reviews if they continue to treat me like this. Period.

We were "just" looking . Trevor Clark came out and talked with us. Well I am now a proud owner of a 2023 Nissan Rogue . I have always been a Toyota person. Now at 60 years old I am a Nissan person. But Trevor answered all my questions.

Don't bother taking your vehicle here for service unless you are prepared to wait..... Months. Yes months. For a warranty repair. While you're waiting those months you'd think they would do everything in their power to help you right? No, they'll lie every step of the way. They won't return your calls, when you do get ahold of someone they will give a completely different story than the next or last person you talked to. I would rather push my vehicle to Longview than bring it here again.

I dont know ... I purchased a used car from them and they only gave me a copy key not even a original ... I called a locksmith and had a key made with the dooor locks and all for $150
Recently purchased a 2020 Nissan Rogue. I've had no issues. Did your friend have any manufacturers warranty still on vehicle? (You didn't mention year or make) As implied a used vehicle is a slight risk, but Orr Nissan does a great quality inspection prior to selling a used car, but of course cannot predict unforseen issues. (No, I do not work there) Best wishes.
I do believe that they sell it
