The rudest customer service I have ever experienced. The “owner” laughed in my face more than one time, I asked him if he talked to all his customers like this and he replied well sometimes. He was beyond rude and disrespectful because I wouldn’t blindly pay $918 he claimed I owed and to find out he was $300 off. I’ve been in customer service for 10 plus years and never have I ever encountered anyone as rude as he was to me. Also the lemon he sold me broke down 4 days after I bought it and refused to fix it and then again 3 months after I bought it leaving me on the side of the road at 3 am and still refused to fix it.
