I took my vehicle to a separate shop as there was an electrical issue with my headlights. That shop said they could not fix it and would take it to the dealership, which I okayed. I was also told I needed to contact the dealership directly regarding my vehicle moving forward and was given the contact name Bri as who I should speak to. Each time I called, Bri was never available. The woman who answered the phone, first told me that Bri was with another customer, then placed me on hold to find her. When she came back on the line, she stated that Bri was out of the office at lunch. Several days later, when I finally got to speak to Bri, she told me she did not know when my car would be ready or my part would be in. When my vehicle was ready a week later, I went in to pick it up and Bri again was unavailable. They claimed not to have my name in their system and it took several minutes for them to figure out the situation with my car, meaning, they had no idea who the car belonged to? I paid for the repairs and took my car home. Four days later, I went to load groceries in the hatch of my Sorento, which had zero issues when dropped off, and the pieces on the side would not hold my hatch up. Additionally, there were greasy mechanic handmarks all over the broken piece, as though someone had broken it and made a lousy attempt to fix it before giving up. When I called the shop, of course, Bri was not available, and I asked to speak to someone who could assist me. I was transferred to someone named Melody. I advised Melody of the situation and when she attempted to pull my vehicle ticket, she couldn't find it because they still had no record of my car belonging to me? She had to look it up using the VIN number. She also stated her mechanics had no reason to go into the hatch so they wouldn't have. I told her that we could write a book about the difference between what people are supposed to do and what they actually do and I politely asked if she could review the cameras, at least for peace of mind. Melody said she would speak with the manager and call me back same day. This has been 3 weeks ago and I have not heard from them since. Apparently, no one is running the show and their employees do whatever they want. There is no accountability. Will never bring my vehicle to any Orr dealership again.

I had such a wonderful experience today at Orr Kia in Bossier city Louisiana. Abby Johnson was fantastic! Such a sweet lady, and so helpful!! She did wonderful understanding all of my needs, I will definitely be coming back when I am ready to upgrade !!!

Brad Williams made buying our dream car quick, stress free, and an overall amazing experience! He made sure I knew all about my new car he got me all set up!
