I have been trying to get a hold of someone at Star Car Wash in DeSoto, TX due to an incident report that occurred on 6/13/21 and was the fault of Star Car Wash. I have yet to hear back from the business to have this issue resolved.

the carwash has gotten new owners shortly after and they let that manager was let go before he could tell them
