They do intakes in the am (sorry not exactly positive of the time but will get back to you). And sorry but they do not medicate the same day. The 1st day you do paperwork & give a urine. Then it depends on your insurance or how you pay to when you get your 1st dose. It is usually the 2nd appointment that you get your 1st dose. I've heard that now they start you on a Super low dose. Only 10mg...but I've been there for a minute so??? Just call & let them know you need help. The intake person is very cool. Well that is if you are serious about recovery. I'm sorry..i wish I could have helped you better with your questions. I will say that this methadone clinic is way better than other clinics in the city. I wish you the best with your recovery.
