They like to cut people behind there back for relapsing. They lied to me so many times telling me that I wasn't cut? 6 hospitalizations later they admitted what was going on. . Once again they don't take the blame! The worst methadone doctor I have ever dealt with, the other will actually work with you but I won't reveal names at this point. All my honesty and hard work did me nothing but pain. I still didn't use an opiate thou. Methadone is horrible, if your prepared to withdraw for months because you made a mistake and ate a benzo for you dad's funeral think again. I was so sick I had to go impatient. Chopped 130mgs now I'm on 60 and I'm still sick 4 months later while still drinking this poison. It does work but why the lies! Why the torment and torcher! The hospitals ! Thinking something was wrong with me mentally, and all along huge chops for mistake I would have corrected if I was counseled properly. Where is the trust? I'm actually arguing with now because they lost my last dose verification and I'm supposed to deal with a 30mg cut and wait til Monday, because they were to lazy to look for the paperwork, how much more can someone be set up for failure. Once again. I have admitted my mistakes to them why can't they admit there. As you can see my first review was excellent because I was blinded by fraudulence and tucked my tail between my legs.

First, let me say that if a person wants to have normalcy and needs medicine assistance to stay clean,I AMHA is the best methadone clinic in Philly. I was at AMHA for 10 years. For the first 3 years, I never gave one clean urine screen. Many gave dirty screens. Punishment is non existent at this stage But... For those who became clean, earning take-home meds, the true AMHA model becomes apparent! At this stage, sobriety isn't proiritized. Make the slightest misstep, or show that you can think for yourself, coddling the counselors' Fat Egos, THAT becomes priority! This SHOULD BE the point at which encouragement is prioritized. It's a sticky wicket! The present director had an undercover cop offer me $2,000 to beat her up. He pretended he was a disgruntled client!! Not enough space here to tell it all. Just don't misstep if you earn take home meds. I had to form a client advocacy group while there, so that what happened to me would happen to no one else... Great nurses! 2 stars are for the cool nurses. And the guard, Terrance, has one face - genuine, and not to be messed with.
