There are older rvs than 10 yrs old. Stays full because most people sign yearly contracts. We did and will definitely renew. Love Kerri and Tim. The community peeps are all nice.
They do stay full, and have a long waiting list, but they do take trailers over 10 years old if they are in good condition.
They are full every time I have checked with them. I believe they only want 10 year old and less trailers.
