Get ready to babysit these drivers if you hire them. They can't seem to lock off a load or open the doors when docking. Complete lack of common sense. Complete lack of maintenance on their trailers. No accountability. For the past couple of years I have had to stop my work, almost daily, to finish their job. This company constantly lies and makes excuses as part of their communications.. Cool mountain or Formerly known as Off-Spec Solutions. What a joke of a company as a whole. Too bad I can't post pictures of my workplace or it would show how much of a joke this company is.

We do not have physical locations in Florida. We would be happy to fly you up for orientation and allow you to spend home-time in Florida with the truck. We have many great team members that live in Florida!

They have dedicated routes..pay 190-235 per run..$20 an hour to sit...otr is .50 a mile
