No. They want only 55 and older by policy. They could make an exception, but it's not likely.

Yes they do have a requirement but if an older trailer is in good condition they will sometimes make an exception but as far as I know they have been full for the last couple years and have a waiting list.

We seem to stay pretty much full. They do have a waiting list though. It's worth the wait I think.
There are older rvs than 10 yrs old. Stays full because most people sign yearly contracts. We did and will definitely renew. Love Kerri and Tim. The community peeps are all nice.

I dont think electric is included. I know water is included. When my in laws lived out there the power was only like 30 dollars. They could have changed things by now. You may want to call and talk with Keri the owner
