Can't afford St. Elmo.s but would like 2 have a good filet in Speedway or Avon area. Any suggestions? Will be going 4 lunch @ noon. Thanks 4 ur help.

Longhorn in Avon has a great steak

Family ate here Sunday early evening. We had steak, ribs, shrimp with rice and parmesan crusted cheese with side salads and loaded sweet potato. Everything was perfectly cooked to order and very tasty. Our waitress, Hope was very busy with our table of 4, and was hustling with other larger tables too.

Longhorn has a tasty melt in your mouth filet steak.

I would also recommend LongHorn. Good place for a steak.

I wasn't a fan of the porterhouse steak I had there, but it could have been a bad day for the cook. The mango margaritas were great.
